Over 50 Years of Aluminium Anodising Expertise Delivering Stunning Colours, Corrosion Resistance & Architectural Perfection
Our purpose-built facility in Wetherill Park handles aluminium up to 9 metres in length (clear) and 8 metres for coloured anodising, combining hardcoat satin finishes and an extensive range of 24 colours for internal and external applications.
Anodising Applications
Our anodising services are widely applied across popular aluminium components, offering strength, resilience, and flawless finishes that meet functional and decorative requirements.
Door Frames
Durable anodised finishes that protect aluminium door frames from corrosion while providing attractive design appeal for both commercial and residential spaces.
Balustrades
Robust anodising that enhances grip, durability, and style, making balustrades safe and visually appealing in high-traffic areas.
Louvres
Universal Hardcoat offers superior corrosion resistance in colour anodising for architectural aluminium in a choice of 18 exclusive colours – click here.

We require anodising grade alloy 5005 H34. This available through Garmco or Aleris Distributors. Garmco is from Bahrain, Novelis J575 and Aleris from Germany. Both products provide the anodised finish with metallic lustre.
We recommend trials be run on any alternative aluminium due to varying chemical compositions and to ensure the expected finish is achievable. For large facades please provide a ‘Mill Certificate’ with metal. Metal must be free of any tape, adhesive or oil residue.
Small contact marks are visible on the front face, and 50mm wide contact marks are visible on the back of the panel. (See Production Gallery for details)
Tags required for clamping purposes should metal be cut to size. Welding rod to be 5356 alloy.
